Taking someone to the garden is always a good plan. If it is also a group of people willing to let themselves go, that is the ultimate. From Germany, Alicante, Barcelona, Manresa… how could we not get involved with what we like… (and it’s also almost the only thing we know how to do). On Saturday mornings we open the house to share it and celebrate it between weddings, others close it a few hours before.
But what we were going for, today is another of those things that remain sealed forever. It all starts with a contest activated by @deliciousmartha to celebrate the things in life, and what a pleasure that the meeting happens in Can Ribas! Sharing a table, garden, experiences and great moments between cooking and food lovers is a luxury in every sense. In this house where we are of good eating and drinking, of slow-cooking, and we devour short ones, we live these moments with an intensity that is difficult to convey. It is with moist eyes, all the time, with goosebumps, with feelings and gratitude to life, to this job, to my family for so much effort, to you who came and to you @silviacenasadivina who put our path from cypresses to @deliciousmartha on one of your nights and here we are remembering you.
A delicious meal at La Galería, amidst laughter, the occasional confession, gratitude everywhere and some new friends who are now forever.
